Celebrating everything that makes the Amalfi coast iconic Sydney’s rooftop, poolside eatery Ucello has reopened with a stunning take on what a Mediterranean summer by the pool would be. Leading the restaurants renaissance and bringing the highly visited coast’s vibes to Australia is leading chef Nigel Ward who says the menu is inspired and inspiring! Supported by local produce the new menu offers tastes of the Italian heritage done in a new way while also maintaining a unique view with spins on old classics that incorporate the infamous eateries wood-fire oven and charcoal barbecue. 

Burraduc Valley buffalo mozzarella, violetta artichokes and cantabrian anchovies are just the start as we see updated and refreshed new looks at the seafood, meat and pasta dishes. Working closely with small scale farmers and producers who share the chefs philosophy of nose to tail and flower to root the acclaimed chef is passionate about provenance and sharing with you a delectable meal rich with flavours that will have you coveting more and more every time you eat.
