Yesterday I got the chance to take a quick break as global leader and luxury tequila brand Don Julio introduced Sydney’s it crown to PTO (Party Time Off) at Rosado Bay. Taking over the iconic Catalina restaurant in Rose Bay the brand brought all the decadence and style synonymous with it and in an explosive pink takeover they treated guests to an insight behind the lifestyle of their newest product and through accompanying eats and delectable cocktails we were allowed a first view at just why this new treat was one to stay.
