Yesterday I had the pleasure of dressing Reality Star and recent winner of Love Island Australia, Josh Packham, for his appearance at this years ARIA Awards held at the iconic Sydney casino The Star. After just having returned home from filming the show abroad and then being thrown in the deep end we were on a tight timeline to get the star dressed, red carpet ready as well as find a look that was both appropriate and kept in line with his unique style – but I think we did a great job if I do say so myself!
After trying on a few different options, and with beau Anna at hand to lend her keen eye for fashion, we discovered a casual suit that we thought would both go with Anna’s look, by Conilio, and fit in with the theme of rockstar-chic while giving the world a first look at his unique style on the red carpet. Choosing a fashion forward look we decided on a shot suit from MJ Bale that teamed perfectly with a white top, from Cotton Onand a white pair of shoes, from Zara. The look had a chicness to it and also allowed for the star to be comfortable on the long and hot journey of the carpet and into the night.
