Last night I was treated to a first look at Bankstown Sports‘ newest restaurant space Marrow & Co and after seeing the build for myself I can tell you this decadent space and luxurious food offering is one you won’t want to miss out on experiencing for yourself! From aged meats and cured specialties to tasty drinks and paired wines this vintage inspired steak-house is exactly the perfect addition to the sports centre’s culinary offerings, and yes they do have options for all my fellow vegans and vegetarians. Joining the already established pub-styled Brewhouse, Italian styled La Piazza, and Lebanese inspired Al Alseel amongst many others I am sure this new restaurant is one that many will be tasting, check out some of my favourite moments from the opening night below >>>
