Now if you know me well, you will know being scared is not my thing, so when Paramount and SXSW Sydney invited me to the premiere of Smile 2 I had to think twice about whether or not I wanted to see what is dubbed the scariest movie of the year, but after going to see the film for myself I can tell you it is much scarier then they say! Known for his iconic jump scares director Parker Finn, who joined us for the screening, definitely held nothing back in this film and as he continues the legacy of the film itself this sequel is everything horror film fans will love. I have to warn you it’s a little gruesome, but if that is your thing, then this film is the one for you and you are certainly taken on a ride that will have you wondering just where the next scary smile will come from.
